PACE is pleased to share that we have successfully relocated our enhanced supportive housing program from Bello Horizonte at 1500 Keele Street to 877 Yonge Street. The opening of this new program was made possible through a partnership with Bellwoods Centres for Community Living and their housing partner St. Clare’s Multifaith Housing Society. This opportunity enables us to provide support to twelve clients.
The transitional program for adults living with Huntington Disease (HD), that was located at Bello, was closed through attrition, effective September 25, 2023. Many thanks to the HD Society of Canada and the clinic at North York General Hospital for their ongoing support of the program through the years.
