We are pleased to announce that we have successfully hired Jane Snyder to be the Director, Quality, Safety and Risk for PACE.
Jane joins us from Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences where she has been the Director, Strategic Initiatives. Jane’s career also includes progressive leadership roles at North York General Hospital and Lakeridge Health. In these roles, she has partnered with hospital, community, health and social system leaders in planning and implementing initiatives aimed at transforming quality of care both at an organizational and systems level.
Jane has extensive experience leading implementation of strategic quality and safety improvement projects leading to efficient utilization of resources, safe environments for patients/clients and staff, ensuring organizational compliance with regulations and standards set by external accreditation bodies.
Jane is committed to ensuring the highest quality of service delivery, aligning with best practices while forming collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to better serve staff, patients/clients and communities. She has a strong background in risk management, business continuity, and she will champion PACE’s commitment to client safety.
Jane is a Certified HR Leader (CHRL), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Prosci Change Management Professional, is currently pursuing certification in Lean Six Sigma and has a Masters Degree in Leadership studies from Lang School of Business and Economics – University of Guelph.
